Projects

Sea and land are one methodology for carbon reduction and sequestration, practised in three fields.

Ocean Ecology

Turning Taiwan's diving community into a coral restoration workforce.

Marshall Islands Coral Education Tank

Building on our coral restoration work in the Marshall Islands, we are setting up an educational tank to bring coral science into secondary schools and widen the audience for ocean education.

Gearing up before the survey dive

Accessible and Sustainable Diving

Taiwan has a huge diving community, yet fewer than fifty divers restore coral. With the pioneers of adaptive diving, we put restoration into dive education so more people, including divers with disabilities, can join.

Coral fragments mounted on restoration bases in the tank

Coral Restoration Base: R&D and Field Validation

Most coral bases are concrete, ceramic or silicone, and corals must be detached before transplanting. We develop friendly bases that go straight into the sea, shaped for corals and giant clams, tested with clownfish.

Land Ecology

Trees, soil and smart nurseries that make land a carbon sink again.

Hillside farmland under cover cropping

Soil Carbon through Organic Cover Cropping

Replacing bare soil with living cover crops and organic practice to raise soil organic matter and carbon storage, with a field method that can be measured and verified.

Container lab on site

Net-Zero Resilience Container Lab at DILA

An AIoT smart-irrigation nursery inside a solar-powered science container, combining perovskite solar and biochar carbon storage to give seedlings a standardised carbon-footprint method.

Net-Zero Transition

Carbon reduction as verifiable methodology, with businesses on board.

Corporate ESG and Benefit Corporation Governance

Encouraging companies and stakeholders to build environmental protection and net-zero transition into core governance, with Benefit Corporation governance as the goal and green-collar training with universities.
